What to Expect When You Come to Impact
You Are Welcome!
At Impact Church, our guests are a priority. We want you to feel welcome, comfortable, and safe. For this season of pandemic, strongly encourage all to practice safety measures according to state guidelines including social distancing, wearing face coverings, and we frequently sanitize all of our surfaces. Beyond that, here are our responses to some frequently asked questions for your information.
Where do I park?
You may park anywhere along the driveway to the church. If there is not enough space there, we have been granted access to the parking lot of the business next door.
What time should I arrive?
On Sunday mornings, please feel free to come as early as 9:45 AM, about fifteen minutes before classes begin. If you are unable to make it to the classes, then 11 AM is when our worship service begins.
On Wednesday evenings, our doors open at 5:30 PM and service begins at 6:00 PM.
Are there any programs for kids and teens?
We have two Impact Kids classes every Sunday morning: one for kids aged 3-6, and one for kids aged 7-12. These classes include interactive Bible lessons, arts and crafts, singing, and all kinds of fun. Our Impact Students (ages 13-18) meet at the same time, when they study and discuss the Bible together in a relaxed setting.
What should I wear?
Whatever you like! You will find people who dress in a range of styles in this congregation from relaxed casual to business casual to formal.
What is a typical service like?
We like to let the Spirit lead each of our services, so anything can change at a moment's notice. However, our service typically begins with a few inspiring, uplifting, and worshipful songs, and then we enjoy the preaching of God's Word. Most of our services end with an altar call, where everyone is welcome - socially distanced - to join together at the front of the sanctuary and dedicate their lives to Jesus. Most services last between one and a half and two hours.
